Indian CSLALLOYS Steel Company and Zhongzhong Science & Technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd (ZZ Technology) signed the Mechanic-Electronic-Hydraulic integration contract of R15m φ700mm Stainless Steel Billet Continuous Casting, 250mm Stainless Steel Large Billet Continuous Casting and φ400mm Stainless Steel Hot-Rolled Large Bar Production Line Project.

The high-rigidity universal mill designed and manufactured by Zhongzhong Technology for medium-sized steel in excellent talent Division of Maanshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. was put into use on the production line, and the ultra-thin H-beam was successfully rolled.

The thermal load test run of 1100mm fully continuous rolled strip steel production line designed and manufactured by ZZ Technology was successful, and the first qualified steel coil with a thickness of 4.0mm and a width of 850mm was successfully rolled.

Cooperation Agreement on Section Steel Process R&D with Jinxi Steel
On Feb. 25th 2023, ZZ and Jinxi Group, the largest hot rolled section producer in Asia and the global 56th largest steel producer in 2021according to World Steel Association’s survey, signed the Strategic Agreement on Hot Section Mill R&D Cooperation.

Successful Production of Jinding Steel’s 600H Section Mill
On February 21st 2023, Jinding Steel’s 600H Section Mill was put into successful operation. ZZ is the EP contractor for this project’s mechanical equipment, electric drive/automation and instrumentation system, hydraulic/lubrication system, dedusting system as well as production line process design.

The Hot Load Test Run of 900mm Special Strip Mill Contracted by ZZ Was Successful!
At 9:58 a.m. on January 9, 2023, the 900mm special strip mill of Shanxi Jingang Group, whose mechanical, electrical and hydraulic equipment and factory were contracted by ZZ, succeeded in the one-time hot load test run.
