Anfeng Iron & Steel's 1450mm Hot Rolled Coil (Phase II) mill lifted successfully

Recently, the first piece of roughing mill plaque of 1450mm hot rolled coil (Phase II) project designed and manufactured by Zhongzhong Science & Technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "ZZ Technology") for Hebei Anfeng Iron & Steel Group Co., Ltd. was lifted successfully, marking that the project has entered into the stage of equipment installation.
The project responds positively to the national metallurgical industry's strategic requirements for high-quality development, and mainly produces ordinary carbon structural steel, high-quality carbon structural steel, low-alloy high-strength structural steel, and non-oriented silicon steel.ZZ Technology,joining forces with Anfeng Iron & Steel Group,adopted the most advanced production process of full continuous rolling. The finishing four-roll mill is equipped with work rolls, strong bending rolls and tampering rolls. The support rolls of four-roll mill is lubricated by oil film for bearings. main drive adopts medium-voltage frequency conversion alternating current drive, hydraulic AGC/AWC/AJC automatic control, L1, L2, L3 automated control system, intelligent control system for plate type, and controlled rolling and cooling technology. The high-quality hot rolled coil produced in this project is mainly used in automobile manufacturing, pipeline, cold rolling, chemical industry and pressure vessel.

Dividing the work and cooperating, ZZ Jiangsu plant is responsible for the roughing zone equipment, and ZZ Tianjin plant is responsible for the finishing and coiling zone equipment, so as to ensure that the equipment will be delivered to the customer in the shortest possible time.The successful delivery of this project also marks that ZZ Jiangsu plant has fully equipped with the capability of mass production of large-scale metallurgical equipment.
