The Hot-load Test Run of Tian Tie Hot Rolled Special Plate Production Line Succeed

At 10: 18 a.m. on June 26th, 2024, the hot-rolled special plate production line of Tian Tie Co., Ltd. was successfully tested with one-time hot-load, and the mechanical and hydraulic equipment of the production line were designed and supplied by ZZ.
Tiantie's hot-rolled special plate production line is applied by fully continuous rolling process. The main equipment of the production line is equipped with one walking beam reheating furnace, one set of continuous RM Unit with 3 vertical Stands and 6 horizontal Stands, one drum-type flying shear, and one set of continuous FM unit with 2 vertical stands and 9 horizontal stands. Hydraulic loopers are arranged between the FMs, and detection equipment such as width gauge and thickness gauge are equipped.
At 10: 18, with the "start" of general manager Wang Jingbin of Tian Tie Co., Ltd, the fiery red slab passed through roughing mill, finishing mill, coiler ,coil strapping machine and finally was put into storage successfully after being marked by the coil marking machine.
The design capacity of Tian Tie hot-rolled special plate production line is 1.6 million tons/year, with an annual production capacity of 2 million tons. The produced hot-rolled strip products can be widely used in automobile industry, mechanical manufacturing, welded steel pipes, construction projects, steel structures, daily hardware and other fields, which are raw materials for cold-rolled strip, cold-formed section steel, welded steel pipes and other steels.
