Zhongcheng Technology and Baowu Maanshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. successfully developed ultra-thin H-beam.

The high-rigidity universal mill designed and manufactured by Zhongzhong Technology for medium-sized steel in excellent talent Division of Maanshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. was put into use on the production line, and the ultra-thin H-beam was successfully rolled.
Recently, good news came from the production line of medium-sized steel in Maanshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. of Baowu Group. The high-rigidity universal mill designed and manufactured by Zhongzhong Technology for medium-sized steel in excellent talent Division of Maanshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. was put into use on the production line, and the ultra-thin H-beam was successfully rolled. The success of this trial rolling has solved the problem that Masteel has been unable to produce ultra-thin H-beam, and filled the blank of producing ultra-thin H-beam with high stiffness and short stress line universal mill in China.
Ultra-thin H-beam is mainly used in high-end fields such as photovoltaics and automobiles, and has the characteristics of high strength and high precision. It has always been a high value-added product developed by Maanshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., and the temperature drop of this product is great during production, which requires extremely high rigidity and precision of the rolling mill and has been limited by equipment. The sixth generation short stress line universal mill of Zhongzhong Technology solved this problem in one fell swoop, and leaders at all levels of Maanshan Iron and Steel Group spoke highly of Zhongzhong Technology's superb business level and serious and responsible work attitude. The smooth commissioning of the ultra-thin H-beam project has laid a solid foundation for the follow-up cooperation between Sinochem and Baowu Group.

It has the advantages of prestress, high rigidity, high precision, small bounce and high degree of automation, and plays a vital role in the successful development and mass production of ultra-thin H-beam.
