Total quality management is applied in every process of ZZ’s products, from engineering, procurement, manufacturing process route plan, machining, assembly, and commissioning.

Strict control is performed on the assembly process according to the specified requirements. Sufficient trial assemblies and test runs are done for the final inspection OQC to prevent unqualified products being dispatched to the customers.

ZZ also implements lean production management, where IPQC’s five-inspection system of “inspection on first products,inspection on one’s own products, inspection by fellow workers on one’s products, inspection by quality inspector and patrol inspection” is adhered to effectively control the six key factors (5M1E) influencing the final product’s quality.

Through years of experience, ZZ has summarized and compiled a series of 18 brochures of quality control norms and standards, such as “Q/ZZ 1001-2021 General Rules on Product Quality Control and Acceptance”.

ZZ pays special attention to collecting its products’ whole-life quality information involved in engineering, manufacturing, assembly, inspection, installation, commissioning as well as their operation in customer’s mills. Inter-department QC team has been set up to implement close-loop management on product quality problems with PDCA method, and continuous improvement and tracking measures are stipulated to avoid the recurrence of similar quality issues.
