The Hot-load Test of The Jinnan 600mm H-Beam Production Line, which is under the overall responsibility of ZZ process integrating mechanical, electric and hydraulic, has been successfully completed!

At 9:16 am on January 17, 2023, the one-time hot-load test of the 600mm H-beam production line of Shanxi Jinnan Iron and Steel Group succeeded. The process, mechanical, electric, and hydraulic lubrication of this project are overall responsible by ZZ whose excellent technology and outstanding equipment performance have been recognized by the customer.

This project is a medium and large H-beam production line with the highest design standards, widest product coverage, and highest investment cost-effectiveness in China. The width of the web of the H-beam is 200-600mm, and the height of the flange is 100-300mm. The products cover H-beams, I-beams, channels, angles, steel sheet piles, etc., and have the advantages of "fewer blank shapes, wide product coverage, high yield, and high degree of automation". High precision equipment, high automation, and MES system for steel production provide strong guarantees for efficient production.

After research and comparison of advanced processes and equipment technologies at home and abroad, the customer ultimately chose ZZ. After more than 20 years of dedicated research and development, ZZ is at the forefront of steel technology and equipment in China, with the highest market share in the domestic steel equipment market. Especially the fifth generation short stress line universal rolling mill developed by ZZ has the advantages of good stiffness, high precision, and small bounce. The newly added backup machines for the imported H-beam production lines in Jinxi and Rizhao have replaced imported equipment with the fifth generation short stress line universal rolling mill of ZZ.

ZZ adheres to the R&D and has led and undertake the "High Performance Hot Rolling Forming Technology for Super Heavy H-beam" project of the "14th Five Year " national key research and development plan. ZZ has national center for enterprise technology, academician workstation, Tianjin hot rolling super heavy H-beam equipment laboratory and other research and development platforms. The company is a national high-tech enterprise, a technology leading enterprise in Tianjin, and a single champion enterprise in Tianjin's manufacturing industry. Has won multiple honors, including the first national set, the first prize of Tianjin Science and Technology Progress Award, and the second prize of National Metallurgical Science and Technology Award.

In recent years, with the call of the country, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development has actively promoted the compilation and application of standards such as General Specification for Steel Structures, Design and Selection Criteria for Assembled Dwellings, Evaluation Criteria for Steel Structure Dwellings, Dimensions Guide for Main Components of Steel Structure Dwellings, Hot-rolled H-beams and Split T-beams for Buildings, and opened up breakpoints and blocking points in the design, production and construction of steel structure buildings with standardization as the main line. All standards vigorously promote the application of hot-rolled H-beam in steel structure buildings. With the gradual implementation of the "Double Carbon" policy, hot-rolled H-beam will usher in new development opportunities.

The product of this project can almost cover all the specifications and sizes of H-beams in the "Guidelines for Dimensions of Main Components of Steel Structure Residential Buildings", with the characteristics of accurate product positioning, high investment cost-effectiveness, wide product coverage, and good development prospects.
