Changling Special Steel and ZZ signed the general contracts for two section mills, and two subsidiaries of ZZ were established

On December 12, the contract signing ceremony of the "H500PLUS and H250 section mills" project between Zunyi Changling Special Steel Co., Ltd. and Zhongzhong Science & Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. and the unveiling ceremony of Zhongzhong Hydraulics (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. and Zhongzhong Continuous Casting Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. were held in Jinhu, Jiangsu. He Baoxiang, secretary of the Jinhu County Party Committee, Liu Canghai, president of Jinsheng'an Group and general manager of Zunyi Changling Special Steel Co., Ltd., and Ma Bingbing, chairwoman of ZZ, attended the contract signing ceremony.

The Jinhu County Government expressed warm welcome and sincere wishes to the representatives of the enterprises participating in the meeting. In his speech, He Baoxiang, secretary of the county party committee, mentioned that ZZ and the Jinhu County Government trust and support each other, realizing the "two-way efforts" between the enterprise and the local government. The local government reciprocated the trust and expectations of the enterprises with efficient service and superior business environment.

Ms. Ma Bingbing, Chairwoman of ZZ, delivered a speech and highly appreciated the Jinhu County Government for its strong support for the company's investment and construction, and expressed her sincere gratitude to the Jinhu Government for a series of assistance and service measures. At the same time, Ms. Ma Bingbing mentioned in her speech that the two production lines signed this time are key projects in Guizhou Province and an important part of the Jinsheng'an Group's steel series layout. This project is an improvement and upgrade based on more than 30 production lines of the same specifications that ZZ has completed, which effectively reduces the cost of short-process steel and further enhances its competitiveness. The project is designed based on green production, digitization, and intelligence, and strives to promote the construction of a new type of steel plant system, aiming to create a model of "low-carbon, environmentally friendly, economical and efficient" green and smart steel plant. ZZ will spare no effort to deliver a satisfactory solution to customers in the subsequent construction process.

Subsequently, Zunyi Changling Special Steel Co., Ltd. signed an equipment general contract with Zhongzhong Science & Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd.

After the contract signing ceremony, Han Yongkang, general manager of Zhongzhong Hydraulics (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd., and Chen Yanliang, general manager of Zhongzhong Continuous Casting Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd., delivered their inaugural speeches, and all expressed that they would continue to contribute new strength to ZZ in the new journey.

Zhongzhong Hydraulics Company's main products are hydraulic servo cylinders, high-end hydraulic cylinders, and hydraulic lubrication systems. They solve key bottleneck problems, have independent control over core technologies, and have substituted some import brand. Zhongzhong Continuous Casting's main business is the research and development of high-efficiency continuous casting technology and design and manufacturing of CCM, integrating casting and rolling to achieve innovative breakthroughs in continuous casting technology.

The expansion of Zhongzhong Technology in the two major sectors of hydraulics and continuous casting is a key step for Zhongzhong Technology to move towards integrated group. Wang Hongxin, general manager of Zhongzhong Technology, said in his speech: Zhongzhong Technology will develop and operate as an integrated group in the future. The group's subsidiaries include Zhongzhong Technology, Zhongzhong Electric Intelligence, Zhongzhong Hydraulics, Zhongzhong Environmental Protection, Zhongzhong Continuous Casting, and Zhongzhong International. Each sector relies on the group to achieve independent operation and fully expand the market. The group will fully realize the refined management on institutionalization, standardization, process and incentive mechanisms to create a strong Zhongzhong brand. After the meeting, the leaders visited the Jiangsu Smart Factory of Zhongzhong Technology, which covers an area of about 450 acres. It takes "intelligent equipment manufacturing" as its strategic core, focuses on the manufacturing of high-end intelligent metallurgical equipment, and has the country's leading intelligent equipment manufacturing capabilities. It has won full recognition from government leaders and customers.
