Congratulations on the Successful Hot Load Test Run of Alloy Strip Mill Contracted by ZZ!

On June 23, 2022, the hot-rolled high-quality alloy strip mill of Shanxi Jianbang Group, whose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and dedusting equipment were contracted by ZZ, succeed in the one-time hot load test run. This strip mill will mainly produce alloy steel, tool steel, spring steel and high-strength structural steel to be widely used in automobile, mold, pressure vessel, building decoration and other fields. It is an important milestone in the transformation and upgrading of Shanxi Jianbang Group.
This production line applies advanced full continuous rolling technology. All the horizontal mills have hydraulic AGC control and edgers have AWC control and SSC control. The automation system includes L1 basic automation and L2 process automation. Hydraulic loopers are set between finishing mills, and online controlled cooling process is provided after rolling. The mill is also equipped with intelligent equipment such as thickness gauge, width gauge, packaging and marking manipulators.
High-precision equipment, high degree of automation and intelligent control system provide a strong guarantee for high-quality and high-precision products. The full continuous rolling process also has the advantages of high product precision, low energy consumption, short process, fast pace, small temperature difference between head and tail, good profile, high yield and less scale loss.
