The 500H section mill project with complete process, mechanical equipment, electric system & hydraulic system supplied by Zhongzhong technology was successfully put into production in Steel City of Inner Mongolia

On November 15, the first finished product of 500H section mill of Inner Mongolia Jianlong Group with the annual capacity of 1.5 MTPA was successfully rolled and passed the inspection, marking the successful commissioning of another production line with complete process, mechanical equipment, electric system & hydraulic system supplied by of Zhongzhong Technology. The rolling site continues the tradition of "one-time success" of Zhongzhong production line.
To ensure that the project schedule and quality meet the user's requirements, Zhongzhong arranged its team to discuss technical solution with Jianlong Group and conduct on-site surveys at the beginning of the project construction. Based on ZZ’s own R&D achievements and the actual needs of customers, the design of the straightening area, stacking area and other areas is reasonably optimized to ensure maximum benefits in a limited construction site.
The production line has flexible technology and stable equipment, and can produce H-beams (HN250-HN500, HW150-HW250, HM200-HM350), I-beams (I20-I50), channels, angles and other products, covering more than 73% of the steel market. The successful commissioning of the project will help Jianlong Group's products to gain a foothold in Inner Mongolia, radiate to the northwest and southwest regions, and fill the gap in steel products in the region.
The 500mm H-beam production line is the representative product with the most mature technological equipment among ZZ’s metallurgical production lines, and the applied technologies are taking lead in the industry in China. The production line is arranged with one 2HI reversible BDM and 11 finishing stands in configuration of "1+11 semi-continuous layout". Key technologies such as automatic roll changing technology with independent intellectual property rights are applied, which effectively improve production efficiency, product yield, save energy and reduce consumption, so as to achieve the goal of reducing costs and improving quality for the clients.
