Recently, the 250H-section steel production line contracted by Zhongzhong Science & Technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. for Zunyi Changling Special Steel Co., Ltd. successfully completed its first hot commissioning run in a single attempt, marking the official commencement of production for the project. During the trial rolling, the first billet smoothly passed through key processes including roughing, finishing, and sizing. On-site inspection confirmed that the product's dimensions and all performance indicators met the design requirements. As the overall technical lead and core equipment supplier for this production line, Zhongzhong Science & Technology leveraged its comprehensive technical expertise spanning process, mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic lubrication systems to ensure the project's high-standard delivery and efficient operation, earning high praise from the client.
This 250H-section steel production line is one of the highest-design-standards and most advanced in terms of process layout within China's medium and small H-beam sector.The entire line adopts a fully continuous rolling process and is equipped with Zhongzhong Science & Technology self-developed sixth-generation short-stress-path universal mill, which boasts technical advantages such as high rigidity, high precision, and low elastic deflection, enabling the precise rolling of various medium and small section steels.The production line has a designed annual capacity of 1 million tons. Its product range covers multiple categories including medium and small H-beams, I-beams, channel steels, and angle steels. It offers comprehensive benefits such as requiring fewer billet types, producing a wide range of product specifications, and achieving high yield rates, fully meeting the diverse market demand for high-end section steel products in the Southwest region and surrounding areas.
Zunyi Changling Special Steel Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jinsheng'an Investment Group Co., Ltd., was founded in 1992 and is located in the Pingqiao Industrial Park, Honghuagang District, Zunyi City.The newly operational 250H-section steel project, as a major provincial project and key initiative in Guizhou Province, holds significant industrial driving effects and strategic importance. It not only fills a gap in the high-end section steel market in the Southwest region but will also further optimize the regional steel industry chain layout. This project promotes the upgrading of the local and regional steel industry towards higher value-added, intelligent, and large-scale production, providing strong support for the optimization of the local industrial structure.
