ZHONGZHONG SCIENCE &TECHNOLOGY(TIANJIN) CO., LTD AND HUALE ALLOY GROUP SUCCESSFULLY SIGNED THE 0.6 MILLION TONS ANNUAL CAPACITY STAINLESS STEEL BLOOM&ROUND BLOOM CONTINUOUS CASTING PROJECT

Recently, Zhongzhong Technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ZZ") and Lianyungang Huale Alloy Group Co., Ltd. officially signed the "Supply and Installation Contract For Equipment of 0.6 Million Tons Annual Capacity Stainless Steel New Material Bloom & Round Bloom Continuous Caster". This cooperation is committed to creating a high-quality stainless steel continuous casting demonstration project that is technology driven, efficient, and intelligent, effectively promoting the high-quality development of the new materials industry.

This project is applied with multiple advanced continuous casting technologies independently developed by ZZ to build an intelligent and high-precision core production system. Constructing a pure barrier for molten steel through the "Full Protection Casting" technology, significantly reducing oxidation inclusions and improving purity; The combination of "Mould Liquid Level Detection And Automatic Control" and "Continuous Temperature Measurement of Tundish" enables precise measurement and intelligent adjustment of key parameters throughout the process; The "Electric Cylinder Non Sinusoidal Vibration Technology" drives the mould, significantly optimizing vibration marks and improving the surface quality of castings; The synergistic effect of "Mould Electromagnetic Stirring (MEMS)" and "Final Electromagnetic Stirring (FEMS)" technologies deeply improves the solidification structure,uniform the composition and refines the grain; The three major systems of "Automatic Water Distribution Technology", "Aerosol Cooling Technology", and "Automatic Addition Of Protective Slag" work together to ensure precise process execution, significantly improving production efficiency and product quality.

The project includes four types of billets & blooms: 150*150mm, 180*180mm, 200*200mm, and 240*240mm, as well as 350mm diameter round bloom, providing diversified raw material choices for subsequent rolling. In terms of steel grade planning, it comprehensively covers the mainstream high-end stainless steel series, among which the 200 and 300 series austenitic stainless steel can be applied in the fields of kitchenware, building decoration, industrial equipment, and chemical containers; The 400 series martensitic and ferritic stainless steel can meet the strength and corrosion resistance requirements of cutting tools, automotive exhaust, turbine components, and household appliances; Dual phase stainless steel combines high strength and excellent corrosion resistance, making it a reliable solution in marine engineering, chemical transportation, and energy industries.
