The 750 mm HSM in Hebei Tianzhu Group Has Been Successfully Put Into Operation.

The 750 mm HSM project of Hebei Tianzhu Group designed and manufactured by Zhongzhong Science & Technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ZZ"), has been successfully put into operation. During hot~~-load~~ commissioning, the core process equipment independently developed, designed and manufactured by ZZ achieves precise linkage and efficient coordination. The whole-line equipment operation satisfies the design requirements. All indicators of finished strip including thickness, width, flatness and surface quality are qualified. The project achieved successful hot-load commissioning at the first attempt.

This production line integrates advanced processes, equipment and control technologies, adopting fully-continuous rolling layout process, hydraulic AGC/AWC automatic control and controlled rolling and controlled cooling technology, and balances technical advancement and production economy. The production line is designed for an annual capacity of 2 million tons of hot-rolled strips. It can produce multiple grades of steel including Q195, Q235, Q355 and manganese-series steels. The finished product thickness ranges from 1.5 to 8.0 mm, width from 350 to 520 mm, maximum coil weight is 8 tons, and the maximum rolling speed is 18 m/s.

Due to the tight project schedule, on the very day of contract signing, the company broke the conventional sequential-design mode and rapidly launched parallel design across multiple disciplines including machinery, hydraulics and electrical engineering. Complete delivery of all line equipment was accomplished within only seven months, fully demonstrating the company’s end-to-end overall planning and management capabilities. After equipment arrived at site, ZZ immediately dispatched a multi-disciplinary team of engineers for on-site services and established a 7×24-hour all-weather response mechanism to ensure efficient progress of all on‑site activities. Following the successful hot commissioning, the technical team maintained round‑the‑clock response, delivered special-purpose training covering rolling process, equipment operation & maintenance and fault handling, and kept optimizing production parameters. With full-life cycle services, the company supported the customer to rapidly achieve full and stable production.
