Hot Rolled Strip Mill

ZZ has designed and manufactured over 150 hot strip production lines for customers, including fully-continuous HSMs, 2HI semi-continuous HSMs and 3HI semi-continuous HSMs, which will meet different requirements from customers for production lines with annual capacity between 0.1 MTPA and 6 MTPA and covering 450~2250mm production lines with strip size of 0.8-25.4*145-2100mm.

ZZ's patented fully-continuous HSMs are characteristic of high productivity, low operating cost, good rolling temperature, less scales, slabs suitable for rolling different products and rolling thinner gauges of strips, which has been widely acknowledged by our customers.

DSP (Direct Strip Production) process developed by ZZ can roll thin gauge strips through high drawspeed CCM and induction furnace, without the installation of reheating furnace, which reduces carbon emission and energy consumption, while there is 99% yield and less operating cost. 

ZZ's Advantages in Complete Hot Strip Production Lines: 
1、Covering 450~2250mm production lines, with rich experience in the design and manufacturing of over 150 HSMs. ZZ’s equipment is time-tested and highly reliable;
2、ZZ will provide different equipment configuration and production processes to customers for their various requirements on product mix, annual capacity and different steel grades.
3、ZZ has three manufacturing bases with a total area of over 300,000 m2 and more than 400 sets of high-precision CNC machining tools to provide customers with high performance/price ratio products of high quality and quick lead time.
4、ZZ is experienced in scores of overseas rolling mill projects. 
5、ZZ's Business Scope includes the design and supply of production process, mechanical equipment, electric drive/control and automation system, hydraulic/lubrication system, water treatment plants, de-dusting system, plant design, and reheating furnace, etc.
